CRAB OR LOBSTER FETTUCCINE 
Cook, according to directions, 3 ounce fettuccine (thin spaghetti may be substituted). Drain well.

Stir in: 1/4 c. cream or milk 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Stir until well blended on top of low heat. Add 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Stir in half 8 ounce package of mock crab or lobster pieces. If consistency is too thick, add more milk or some white wine.

Serve well heated with a crisp green tossed salad. Serves 2.
