LOBSTER OR CRAB MEAT COLESLAW 
2 c. cabbage, shredded fine
2 cubed, unpared apples
2 c. celery, sliced
3 c. lobster or crabmeat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chili sauce

Toss cabbage, apples and celery with drained meat. Combine mayonnaise with chili sauce and toss with cabbage mixture. Makes 5-6 servings.
