CRAB QUICHE (Shrimp or Lobster) 
1 (9 inch) pastry shell
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat (1/2 lb. fresh crab meat), drained, flaked
2 green onions sliced with tops (or 1 med. onion with bell pepper)
2 eggs beaten with 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. half and half cream
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. lemon rind or 1 rind of a lemon
1/2 c. sliced almonds or more

Put pastry shell in oven until it begins to cook. Let it stay 5 to 8 minutes. Do not let brown.

Sprinkle cheese over pastry shell. Add crab meat, shrimp or lobster. Add onions and tops on top of meat. Pour over the well beaten egg with salt and milk. Cover with almonds. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
