2 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 sm. Cool Whip

Mix sugar, flour and juice. Cook until thick, add egg, cook 1 minute longer. Cool. Dice and mix choice of fresh fruits or fruit cocktail (drained), miniature marshmallows, chopped nuts, coconut. Pour dressing over fruit salad and mix well.
