FRUIT SALAD DRESSING | |
2 eggs 2 tbsp. flour 2/3 c. sugar 1 c. pineapple juice 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1/3 c. orange juice 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped Beat the eggs until light. Add the flour and sugar. Stir in the pineapple juice, lemon juice and orange juice. Cook in a double boiler stirring constantly until thick. Chill. Fold in the whipping cream. Add to your fruits for salad. This dressing can be frozen to use the next day, or it will keep in the refrigerator. If frozen, dressing can be cut into squares and served on lettuce. |
