QUICHE LORRAINE 
9 inch pie shell
18 slices of bacon
3/4 lb. Imported Sweitzer (Alpine) cheese (1 c.)
4 eggs
2 c. table cream
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of sugar
Dash of pepper
Dash of nutmeg

Prebake 9 inch pie shell. Crumble bacon, then add cheese. Beat with a whisk eggs, table cream, salt, sugar, pepper, and nutmeg. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
