FREEZER SLAW 
2 c. white vinegar
2 c. water
4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. plain salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 lg. cabbage heads
2 carrots
2 onions
4 sweet bell peppers

Boil vinegar, water, sugar, salt and spices. Have vegetables chopped and pour boiling mixture over it. Cool completely for 1 hour, stirring often. Pour into freezer containers and freeze. If you want it hot, add several pods of hot green pepper, chopped.
