FREEZER COLESLAW 
1 med. cabbage, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. whole mustard seed
1 grated carrot
1 tsp. celery seed
1 chopped green pepper
1 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar

Mix cabbage and salt. Let stand 1 hour. Squeeze out any extra liquid. Add carrot and green pepper. Set aside. Boil water, vinegar, seeds and sugar for one minute. Cool to lukewarm and pour over salad ingredients. Mix well. Freeze in small packages.
