WINE DROP COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
1 c. molasses
1 c. sour milk (I add 1 tbsp. vinegar to reg. milk)
1/2 lb. raisins
1/2 lb. nutmeats (coarsely ground)
6 c. flour
Dissolve 2 tsp. baking soda in 1/2 c. coffee
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves

Drop by spoonfuls on tin. Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees. Makes large batch, keeps well in freezer. Both dough and when baked.
