CARAMEL MARSHMALLOWS 
1 lb. bag Kraft caramels
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 pkg. flaked coconut
1 stick butter
1 lb. Kraft marshmallows

Brown coconut on a cookie sheet in 350 degree oven until golden in color. Watch closely, stir often, it scorches very easily. Put coconut aside. Melt butter, caramels and milk in double boiler. When all the caramels are melted, dip marshmallows into caramel mixture. Roll in coconut. Put on waxed paper until cool. Store in refrigerator.
