SKILLET CRANBERRY BARBECUE 
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat (such as Spam), cut in strips

Saute onion in butter in large skillet until tender. Stir in cranberry sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard and luncheon meat. Cook together 15 minutes. Serve with cooked rice.
