CHEESE MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine dry ingredients. Save 2 tablespoons cheese for top. Stir remaining cheese into flour. Combine egg, milk and butter; pour in with flour and stir just until moistened.

Divide into 12 greased muffin pans. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
