PEACH BREAD 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
3/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
2 c. mashed ripe peaches
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well and add all remaining ingredients. Mix. Pour into 2 well greased and floured medium size loaf pans. Bake at 375 degrees, 60 minutes.
