CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
1 (125g) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 c. chocolate chips (mini)
2 1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar

Beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup of the sugar and egg yolk. Stir in chips. Sift flour, cocoa, remaining sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Add water, oil and vinegar. Mix well. Fill 18 paper lined muffin tins half full with batter. Top each with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
