POT ROAST IN WINE 
5 lb. roast
Slivered almonds
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. cooking sherry
Raisins
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. pineapple juice

Cook roast (in bag). Season with Lipton's onion soup mix.

After roasting, leave natural juices in the pan. Take meat out of pan and slice it.

In the pan with the natural juices, mix all the above ingredients. Place sliced meat back in with the mixture. Put raisins and almonds on top. Marinate overnight. Warm for 1/2 hour before serving.
