NEVER FAIL SOUFFLE 
5 slices day old lightly buttered bread with crust cut off
3/4 c. finely chopped up cheese (extra sharp cheddar)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash paprika
Butter

Butter casserole well. Cube bread. Alternate layers of bread and cheese. Mix rest of ingredients, pour over at once. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Bake until puffy in middle like pumpkin pie. Serves 4.
