IMPOSSIBLE CRUST CHEESECAKE | |
3 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 2 c. sour cream 1/3 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick) Grease well 10 inch pie plate, deep. Put all ingredients together in large bowl. Mix well on high, about 3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, then turn heat off and keep in oven for 1 hour longer. Chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. |
