5 lbs. bonemeal
8 tbsp. millorganite
8 tbsp. binolate
20 to 25 oz. water
8 oz. fish emulsion

Combine bone meal, millorganite, and benolate and mix with water to thick batter consistency. Add fish emulsion and mix again. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of starter at bottom of hole prior to placing bulbs. Do not water. Place sand in bottom for drainage.
