1 lb. butter, softened 1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) jar peanut butter 2 1/2-3 lbs. 10X powdered sugar 3 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients together. Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. DIPPING CHOCOLATE: 1 (12 oz.) bag Nestle's morsels 1/4 bar paraffin wax Melt over medium heat until smooth. Take toothpick to dip peanut butter balls 3/4 into chocolate. Put on waxed paper and keep refrigerated. Makes about 100. |
