SUMMER PIE 
2/3 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
7 tbsp. butter

FILLING:

Fresh berries such as blueberries or raspberries

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Work in the butter until mixture is crumbly. Place half the dough in a 9-inch pie plate. Flatten and press toward the sides.

Sprinkle berries and then top with the rest of crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or partially thawed vanilla ice cream.
