FRESH VEGGIE MARINADE 
1 sm. head cauliflower
1 lb. bunch broccoli
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 med. size green peppers, chopped
1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Remove outer green leaves of cauliflower and break into florets; wash and set aside. Trim off large leaves of broccoli. Remove stalks, separate into florets and wash.

Combine vegetables in large bowl. Combine ingredients for dressing mixing well. Pour over vegetables, tossing gently. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
