CHEESE CAKE CUP CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 can cherry pie filling
1 box paper midget bake cups (1 3/4")
1 box vanilla wafers

Mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Place vanilla wafers (flat side down) into bake cups. Put cream cheese mixture into cups (1 teaspoon per cup). Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Top with cherry pie filling. Makes approximately 35 cupcakes.
