EASY LASAGNA 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
8 oz. Swiss cheese (grated)
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles
12 oz. cottage cheese

Brown beef and garlic in small amount of fat. Drain. Add tomato paste and sauce, salt, pepper and oregano. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

Cook noodles as directed. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Alternate layers of meat sauce, noodles and cheese in baking dish 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches, beginning and ending with meat sauce. Bake 20 to 30 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
