1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel sharp cheese 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion 2 tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper 2 tbsp. finely chopped pimento 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans Soften the cheeses and mix together. Continue mixing until both cheeses are blended together. Add the onion, bell pepper, and pimento. Stir. Add the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Spoon onto a plate and shape it into a mound. Cover with pecans. Chill until firm. |
