OVEN OMELET 
6 slices cheese
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt, pepper, minced onion
10 slices bacon
8 eggs, beat with fork

Line buttered pie pan with cheese with none hanging over edge. Chop, cook crisp and drain bacon; beat eggs with fork. Add milk, salt, pepper, and onion to eggs and pour over cheese. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
