4 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. allspice
2 eggs
2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in muffin pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. You can bake just a few at a time and keep refrigerated until you are ready to bake some more, will keep.
