COOL AND LIGHT CAKE | |
1 sm. box Jiffy cake mix, yellow 1 sm. box lemon or vanilla instant pudding 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 (16 oz.) can crushed or cubed pineapple, drained 1 sm. carton Cool Whip 2 c. cold milk Bake cake as directed. Cool. Mix pudding with 2 cup cold milk. Beat in cream cheese. Let sit a few minutes. Spread on cake. Spread pineapple on top. Spread on Cool Whip and garnish with cubed fruit. |
