ITALIAN MEATBALL STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil

In a large bowl combine beef with bread crumbs, eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic. Form into 2-inch balls. Place meatballs in crockpot. Combine tomato paste, water, seasoned salt, oregano and basil. Pour mixture over meat. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours. Serve with rice.

Makes 5 or 6 servings.
