LEMON BUTTER CHICKEN 
1 chicken fryer (cut up)
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a pan. Heat, then pour over the chicken pieces. Bake about 1 hour at 350°F, basting often.

Put under the broiler for a few minutes to brown. Salt and pepper after browning.
