BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 lg. onions, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 can mushrooms or 8 to 10 lg. fresh ones
2 cans tomato soup
6 oz. pkg. egg noodles
1 pkg. sloppy joe mix

Saute beef, onions, celery and mushrooms until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are transparent. Place in casserole and add tomato soup, sloppy joe mix. Cook and drain noodles, mix well with meat and vegetable mixture. Cover with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
