CHICKEN MACARONI 
1 whole chicken, boiled, deboned
1 lg. bell pepper, diced
1 med. onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 lg. jar pimientos
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. sea shell macaroni

At medium heat brown celery, onion, bell pepper in 1/4 cup oil, add mushrooms and pimientos. When these ingredients are well blended and browned, add meat pieces. Add soup and about 1 soup can water. Stir well and simmer 30 minutes. Cook macaroni in chicken broth, drain and mix with other ingredients.
