HOT MILK SPONGE CAKE 
4 whole eggs, beaten stiff
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. scalded milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat whole eggs until stiff. Gradually add sugar. Sift together flour and baking powder. Fold into egg mixture alternately with mixture of hot milk, melted butter and vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees in an ungreased angel food cake pan for 45 minutes.
