SOFT PRETZELS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
Coarse salt

Mix water and yeast in a bowl. Add sugar, salt and flour. Mix. Put dough on floured board and knead until smooth. Cut off pieces and shape. Put on cookie sheet, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
