PINEAPPLE SWEET POTATOES 
2 cups raw shredded sweet potatoes
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp. flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tsp. butter

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Add flour, pineapple. milk and sweet potatoes. Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 50 minutes at 375°F or lower.

Makes 2 quarts or 6-8 servings.
