CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 tsp. chili powder
2 cloves garlic
1 can green chili
1 bunch green onions
2 c. whole kernel corn
4 c. cut up chicken
12 oz. corn muffin mix

Heat all ingredients. Mix the corn muffin mix as directed on the back of package. Pour the muffin mix into a large, greased pan. Pour the heated ingredients over this. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
