SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
4 whole chicken breasts, halved
1/2 c. apricot jam
3 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. mustard

Sprinkle chicken breast with salt and pepper. Place skin side up in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and baste chicken with half of the mixture. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn chicken and baste otherside using remaining ingredients. Bake 20 minutes until chicken is tender.

POPPY NOODLES:

1/2 lb. med. noodles
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. poppy seed

Cook noodles according to package directions. Toss with butter and poppy seed. Place chicken over noodles.
