CHEESECAKE BARS 
CRUST:

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts

Combine until mixture is crumbly. Press into bottom of 8 inch square pan, (reserving 1 cup for topping). Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Set aside.

FILLING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat mixture until smooth. Pour over crust. Sprinkle reserved 1 cup crumbs on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
