LEMON SQUARES 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 granulated sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Use glass 9 x 13 inch pan (preferable). Melt butter. Add confectioners' sugar and flour. Mix well and pat evenly into ungreased pan. Bake 15 or 20 minutes until golden brown. Take out of the oven.

Beat 3 eggs and sugar, flour and lemon juice until light and fluffy. Pour over crust and return to oven for 20 minutes. When cool, slightly with confectioners' sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate.
