SWITZER SNITZEL 
2 pork tenderloins
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
Boiled ham slices
Swiss cheese, sliced
Cracker crumbs

Split tenderloins in half lengthwise, then cut into oblong pieces. Pound very thin. On half, put slice of ham and Swiss cheese. Then fold over, dip into eggs beaten with milk, then into cracker crumbs.

If thick crust is preferred, dip twice into eggs and crumbs. Fry in cooking oil until golden brown, turning only once.
