LASAGNA 
2 boxes lasagna noodles
3 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. linguica
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp. season salt
1 tsp. chopped red pepper
2 (32 oz.) jars sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
1 (8 oz.) Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
1 (16 oz.) Ricotta cheese

Saute onions, green peppers, and garlic in oil until tender. Add linguica, ground beef, seasoning salt, and red pepper.

Boil water; cook noodles as directed on box. Drain. Add 1/2 of sauce to meat mixture. Layer bottom of pan with meat, then noodles, meat, 1/4 of cheeses, noodles and repeat. Should be about 4 layers. Then add rest of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
