SCALLOPED CORN 
2 cans whole kernel corn (slightly drained)
3/4 c. cream
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (toasted butter & wheat)
1/2 stick real butter, melted
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper (to taste)

Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish, top with more cracker crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
