WEDDING CAKE ICING 
2 lbs. confectioner's sugar
13 oz. can Crisco
2/3 c. warm water
Dash of salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix 1 pound sugar with Crisco and 1/2 of water. Add salt and vanilla. Mix rest of sugar and water, a little at a time. Beat for 30 minutes. This icing will last in refrigerator for 1 month. Prefer use a large mixer. If using a small hand mixer let rest in between mixing (not recommended for small hand mixers).
