MERINGUE COOKIES 
2 egg whites (room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven 300 degrees. Beat egg whites until they hold shape. Add vanilla and salt. Continue beating until thick and glossy. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto foil lined cookie sheet. Bake 30 minute. Makes 3 dozen.
