6 egg whites 2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla Beat egg whites very stiff. Add sugar while sifting. Add vinegar and vanilla. Beat 15 minutes on high speed. Shape cookies on a brown paper bag on a cookie sheet. These will be sticky. Bake at 275-300 degrees for 50 minutes. Pull cookies from paper by hand. These are good, easy and cheap! |
