MERINGUE COOKIES 
6 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites very stiff. Add sugar while sifting. Add vinegar and vanilla. Beat 15 minutes on high speed. Shape cookies on a brown paper bag on a cookie sheet. These will be sticky. Bake at 275-300 degrees for 50 minutes. Pull cookies from paper by hand. These are good, easy and cheap!

Very good!! Easy to make. I added some blue food coloring to the vinegar/vanilla mixture and they ended up being blue on the inside and white on the outside.
