MEXICAN BEAN SALAD 
1 can Ranch style beans
6 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Head of lettuce, chopped
6 oz. Fritos, crushed
1 sm. minced onion
1 bottle Catalina dressing
2 med. tomatoes, chopped

Rinse the beans with cold water, marinate in dressing at least 1 hour. Just before serving add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve.
