LEMON-LIME GELATIN | |
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple 3 oz. pkg. lime gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 c. cold water 1/4 c. chopped nuts 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello 1 1/2 c. boiling water 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup syrup. Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water. Chill until partially set. Fold in pineapple and nuts. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add reserved 1/4 cup syrup. Gradually add to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Pour over lime layer. Chill. |
