OLD FASHIONED POT ROAST 
3 to 3 1/2 lbs. boneless beef pot roast
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 1/4 c. water

In Dutch oven brown beef, add soup mix, blended with water. Simmer covered turning occasionally. Cook for 2 1/2 hours or until beef is tender. If you want to thicken gravy mix a little flour in water and make a paste.
