ALICE'S BAKED SCALLOPS | |
1 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. dry white wine Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 lb. scallop (bay scallops) Heat butter, wine, lemon and thyme. Pour over rinsed scallops. Marinate for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 5-6 minutes. Do not overcook. |
