RIBS
 
10 lbs. pork or beef ribs

Trim fat and cut ribs in two.

SAUCE:

4 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. mustard
1 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. bag coconut
Dash of salt

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour sauce over ribs and bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees. Serve with rice and fresh sliced pineapple. Serves 6.
