MUSHROOM - ONION POT ROAST 
3 lb. sirloin tip or rump roast
1 env. dry onion soup mix
10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place roast in 9 inch square baking pan. Sprinkle soup mix on roast and then spoon canned soup on top. Seal very tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 3 hours. Let cool 20 minutes before slicing. The soup mixes make a delicious gravy. Makes 6-8 servings. Freezes well.
